This Privacy Policy explains how Tax Season Triage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information
when you visit taxseasontriage.com (the “Site”) and when you use our application at
app.taxseasontriage.com (the “App”).
Plain-English summary: We collect only what we need to run the Site and App, process subscriptions,
and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
1) Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, firm name, and related account details you provide to create and manage access to the App.
- Client screening responses: information submitted through screening forms created by firms using the App.
- Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
- Usage and device data: basic logs and analytics such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps to help secure and improve the service.
- Support communications: information you send us when you contact support.
2) How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Site and App.
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and enforce subscription and feature limits.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- To respond to support requests and communicate service-related updates.

3) How we share information

- Within a firm’s account: screening responses submitted to a firm are visible to that firm’s authorized users.

We do not sell your personal information.
4) Cookies and similar technologies

and enforce agreements. Firms control the client screening data they collect within their accounts.

transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and App may link to third-party websites (including Stripe). Their privacy practices are governed by their
own policies.
8) Children’s privacy
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
information from children under 13.
9) Your choices
- You can update account details within the App (where available).
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting us.
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide
additional notice within the App or via email.
